Practice Plans
Sena’s practice plans are based on estimated yearly birth volume and are designed to support practices at different stages of growth. As birth volume increases, so does the amount of charting, documentation, coordination, and ongoing support required. Pricing reflects the scale of care being managed, not access to features.
Every plan includes full access to the Sena platform. All practices use the same tools and workflows, from solo midwives to high-volume birth centers. This approach keeps pricing transparent and predictable, while allowing practices to grow without changing systems or relearning how they work.
Foundations
0-25 births per year
$59
Designed for solo midwives and early-stage practices establishing their clinical workflows. Foundations supports a smaller caseload while providing the same complete charting, documentation, and communication tools used across Sena.
Best for independent midwives building or maintaining a low-volume practice.
Continuity
26-50 births per year
$89
Built for growing practices managing a steady flow of clients throughout the year. Continuity supports consistent care delivery, documentation, and coordination as case volume increases.
Ideal for full-time solo midwives or small shared-call practices.
Full Scope
51-75 births per year
$129
Created for practices operating at full scope of care with higher clinical activity. Full Scope supports increased chart density, coordination, and long-term continuity while maintaining streamlined workflows.
Well-suited for established practices with sustained client volume.
Advanced Practice
76-100 births per year
$169
Designed for high-volume practices managing complex scheduling, documentation, and collaboration. Advanced Practice supports the operational demands of busier teams without sacrificing clarity or usability.
Best for multi-midwife practices or high-throughput solo providers.
