How birth volume is counted
Birth volume is counted as any active client in your care after 20 weeks gestation, tracked by client status in Sena. Well woman visits and other non-birth clients do not count toward your volume unless that's the primary focus of your practice. As your practice grows, you simply move to the next plan — all your data and workflows stay exactly the same.
Start by exploring Sena in demo mode for 10 days — a test practice with sample clients, no payment required. When you're ready to get started for real, add a payment method and begin onboarding your practice. You'll have two weeks to get everything set up before your first billing cycle begins.
